Our Physiotherapy Network
We collaborate with physiotherapists who specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders. All of them have completed additional training and have many years of experience working with patients suffering from TMJ conditions. They provide treatment as part of both conservative therapy and postoperative care.
We are pleased that a specialized physiotherapist works in‑house with us at our Wallisellen location.

Costs
As a rule, the costs for the assessment and basic examination of disorders in the temporomandibular joint area are covered by the basic health insurance.
Exceptions usually include special forms of therapy such as hypnosis, carboxytherapy, the fabrication of splints, or injections with botulinum toxin. The fee for botulinum toxin injections into the masseter and temporalis muscles on both sides is a total of CHF 580.
